HUNT MIDWEST BUSINESS CENTER 2 (HMBC2)
HMBC2 is now under design. Details to come. HMBC2 will be a 154,000 s.f. state-of-the-art Class A distribution facility. Designed to meet the needs of modern warehouse and distribution companies, HMBC1 will have 28’ ceilings, wide truck courts, ESFR sprinklers and much more. HMBC2 will be located in the latest expansion of the Hunt Midwest Business Center, located on NE Parvin Road, one mile east of I-435. HMBC1 is 100% leased. Hunt Midwest welcomes American Tire and Rent-A-Center to HMBC1. With existing tenant Ecolab, HMBC1 is now 100% leased. (HMBC1 was sold, December 2007.)
